본 약관은 ESSA Systems(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "A&P Campaign"(이하 "앱")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
앱은 별도의 회원가입 없이 기기 단위로 진행 상황이 저장됩니다. 일부 기능은 구매(라이선스) 후 이용 가능하며, 세부 방식은 앱 내 안내를 따릅니다.
앱 내 모든 콘텐츠(문제, 그림, 텍스트, 로고 등)의 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 사용자는 개인적·비상업적 목적으로만 이용할 수 있으며, 무단 복제, 배포, 역컴파일을 금지합니다.
앱은 미국 연방항공청(FAA) 자격시험 대비 학습을 돕기 위한 교육용 콘텐츠를 포함하나, FAA 또는 그 어떤 정부기관과도 제휴·승인 관계가 없으며 공식 자격을 보증하지 않습니다.
앱 내 일부 콘텐츠는 유료로 제공될 수 있으며, 결제·환불 정책은 앱 내 안내 또는 이용하신 스토어(Google Play 등)의 정책을 따릅니다.
회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 앱 이용으로 발생하는 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 특정 자격시험 합격을 보증하지 않습니다.
본 약관은 필요시 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 이 페이지에 공지하고 상단 날짜를 갱신합니다.
These Terms apply to your use of the "A&P Campaign" mobile application (the "App") provided by ESSA Systems (the "Company"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App does not require account registration; progress is stored per device. Some features require a purchase (license) to unlock, per in-app instructions.
All content in the App (questions, artwork, text, logo, etc.) is owned by the Company. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or decompilation is prohibited.
The App includes educational content intended to help users study for FAA certification exams, but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the FAA or any government agency, and does not guarantee any official certification outcome.
Some content in the App may be offered for a fee. Payment and refund policies follow in-app instructions and/or the policies of the store you used (e.g., Google Play).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and does not guarantee passing any particular certification exam.
These Terms may be revised as needed. Any revision will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
